Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Penelitiankesehatan Walk-In Tubs wants penelitiankesehatan.skin to work for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shows how we approach it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Aim
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Steps We Take
We work to:
- Use clear headings and a logical reading order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read, with strong color contrast
- Make each page work with a keyboard
- Build pages that read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can be partly out of our hands. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@penelitiankesehatan.skin and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver can reach out for you.
Tell Us What Is Hard
Tell us where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@penelitiankesehatan.skin and include:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never done. As we update the site, we will keep improving it.
